Last Night: Buddy Guy, Truckers During Jazz Fest

This year's Jazz Fest night time schedule was less jammy than in years past. There were plenty of aggregations of guys in different bands who got together on a New Orleans stage, but there were also shows by people who play together nightly, many of which can complete a song in under five minutes. 

Photographer Patrick Ainsworth ventured out to see Buddy Guy at the House of Blues last Friday night, and The Drive-By Truckers on the Saturday night on the second of their two nights at the Civic Theatre. Here are the highlights.
